Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and a photo of the book's condition within 7 days of delivery.

  Wait for Approval

  Our team will review your request to ensure it meets our quality guidelines and will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack the book in its original packaging to prevent spine damage and ship it back to our warehouse using the provided return label.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement copy.
